Your privacy matters to Health & Lifts. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under the LGPD and GDPR.

Data we collect

We collect the data you provide when you create and use your account: email, physical profile (age, weight, goal), workouts, nutrition logs, and the progress photos you choose to upload.

How we use your data

We use your data only to provide the service: build workouts, track nutrition and progress, and run the AI assistant. We do not sell your data and we send no marketing email.

Storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers (AWS). Progress photos are private and accessible only by you.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time from the app. Deleting your account removes your personal data.

Data retention

We keep your personal data while your account exists. When you delete your account from the app, we immediately erase your data from our systems: profile, workouts, nutrition logs, progress photos and data, AI assistant conversations, notifications, settings, and your sign-in identity. Residual copies may remain briefly in routine backups before being overwritten. Payment data is handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and is subject to its own legal and tax obligations.
