1. Use of the app

Health & Lifts provides workout, nutrition, and progress tracking, plus an AI trainer (Professor Dumbell). The content is informational and does not replace professional medical advice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

3. Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Some features require a paid subscription (Pro or Elite). Health & Lifts does not issue refunds, under any circumstances. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep access until that date. There is no partial or full refund of amounts already paid. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

4. User content

You are responsible for the content you submit (progress photos, messages). Do not submit illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights.

5. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will ask you to accept them again before you continue using the app.
